Why are you a Pro-Life advocate?

Three of my four children were advised by doctors to be aborted. I believe this standard in medical care has to change. We all deserve a chance at life.

Do you believe in exceptions in cases of rape or disability?

No, I believe regardless of how a person was convinced or any physical limitations a person should NOT be aborted.

Why were your children advised to be aborted?

My first was conceived in rape when I was 18 years . My second was said to be a threat to my life. My third was guaranteed to die at 24-25 weeks gestation.

Do you regret keeping your child from rape?

Absolutely not! If anything, I cherish her even more because she helped me to heal. Abortion is a violent act, and a woman goes through more trauma by experiencing a second violation of her body.

What do you speak about?

I will speak based on the needs of the event and can discuss any of my individual experiences. I also share my spiritual journey when asked. Choosing life helped me to find and accept Jesus Christ. I was raised in an atheist, pro-choice home, and I understand the mindset of people who support abortion. I can work with various types of events and needs.

How do you feel about post-abortive women or those who are considering abortion?

I believe in following a loving approach with all people. Including those considering abortion or who have had one. The vast majority of women who get an abortion are pressured to do so. There is a great number who heavily regret that decision. Many of our strongest advocates are post-abortive. We need to show love and empathy to these women to help them understand what abortion is so that they do not do it again and know that they can find healing. I know that when we educate with love, we make the most progress.

Is being Pro-Life just for Christians?

No. Science supports life at conception. Most religions support choosing life as well. I hope to join forces with people of all backgrounds and lifestyles. We can do far more good as a unified front rather than being separate. Whether you are Jewish, atheist, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, feminist, conservative, Democrat, Republican, libertarian, and any other way you believe; I want to work with you to preserve and protect life!
